Prohibited goods and services
The user can place ads on the Obiavo in compliance with the law, the Site User Agreement and the Rules for placing ads.
Information in the User Agreement, instructions, Help, and in these Rules for placing ads is mandatory. Violating any of the provisions of the Rules for posting ads, we have the right to reject or block your ad.
For violations of the law or the rights of third parties, when placing ads, you can bear administrative, criminal or civil liability.
When placing ads do not violate the law or the rights of third parties. You can place ads only about those products, services, vacancies, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the Goods) for which you have the necessary rights.
You must independently verify the legality of the proposed Products and all its elements. You will be responsible for all violations yourself.

You can select multiple categories for your ad, but this does not mean that the categories you select do not have to match your product or service.
Post an advertisement for a real object or service that you are ready to sell or provide. It is forbidden to advertise on Advertisements that cannot be implemented. All responsibility for such placement will be on you.
It’s not possible to place the same ad on the Obiavo website several times at the same time, this will be considered a violation and may result in blocking of all your ads and your account.
If you want to sell or attract more attention to your service, you can use the services of advertising. Cloning or copying the same ad is prohibited.
Filling an ad, put yourself in the place of the buyer that the buyer would like to see your product. Try to fill in all the ad fields only with the information for which they are intended.
Try to avoid text that consists of all capital letters, do not use multiple exclamation marks and other signs.
It is not allowed to use erotic photos and any photos that are not directly related to the ad.
In the title of the advertisement, specify only the name of the product or service. It is forbidden in the name of the product to specify contact details, prices, websites, catchy phrases.
In the description of the ad, you can specify everything that is the product or service. Non related information to your business, product, service can not be specified in the description of the goods.
It is forbidden to indicate in the description contact details, links to sites.
The price must be an integer. Specify only the price for which you sell a product or provide a service. Do not quote a lower price just to attract buyers to your ad.
Photos must be of good quality and fully comply with the product or service in your ad. Photos should not exceed 20 MB. Photo format should be .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png.
You can not use photos in which the logo takes more than 20 percent of the place photos, photos that have contact details, photos that have attractive words, phrases, photos that have bright elements that attract attention.
